At Voicity, we highly value the security and privacy of every user. The Voicity platform resides in data centers in Parsippany, NJ and Tampa, FL, with the highest security protocols and are connected with dual OC48 (2.5 Gbps) rings to create a redundant call network path.
We also deploy best-of-breed equipment that protects our network from security breaches. The data centers are SSAE 16 certified, SOC II audited and offer PCI-DSS certification. Each data center has a dedicated power grid with sophisticated energy consumption to guarantee 100% up-time.

Fully Redundant Power
Our power infrastructure is engineered to deliver resilient, uninterruptible power even in the event of multiple component failures. We use 2 (N+1) redundant power systems with UPS and battery validation systems, and diverse power feeds from totally autonomous isolated power systems, all of which are supported by backup diesel generators. Additionally, there is a JCP&L Power Substation onsite.
High Density Colocation
Our 20 kW per cabinet solutions breaks the industry standard power cap of 4 kW, allowing you to get more efficient use out of your colocation space. This allows you to consolidate multiple cabinets of older servers into a reduced footprint, freeing existing cabinets for growth or cage consolidation.
High Density Cooling
Rather than focusing on the cold air, our high density cooling systems capture hot air before it enters the data center, which results in a dramatic increase in operational efficiency. Heat chimneys duct exhaust directly from the racks to a room-based cooling system, so the cool air environment is no longer contaminated with hot air, and we no longer have to provide air colder than necessary to compensate for the mixing.

120,000 Our data center is strategically located in Parsippany, NJ, a low crime neighborhood 30 miles outside of NYC. Parsippany is situated well above the FEMA 500 year flood plan, and our center remained safe, dry and accessible during all hurricanes and nor'easters, including Superstorm Sandy.
